Hello Room 205!

I have been working to sort though all the paperwork so I can update emails and the class blog going!  If you haven't turned in all the class paperwork, please do so as soon as possible.  If you need any new copies, please send me an email at jjones@littletonps.org.

Our first few weeks were a success!  We have been working on building a classroom community and getting to know each other.  We have played and participated in a variety of get to know you activities and games and we will continue this over the next few weeks.  Also, we have worked on a couple of fun partner and group challenges to work on collaboration, communication, and cooperation.  I am looking forward to posting some pictures from our first few weeks together soon!

Welcome to 4th grade!

I hope everyone is having a fantastic summer!  So far this summer, I visited with friends and family, went to the beach, relaxed, and I read quite a few books.  I have also spent time getting ready for my wedding in November! 

Hopefully everyone received my summer letter! I am hosting an open house this Wednesday, August 30th, from 12:00-1:30 pm. During the open house, students and families can drop into Room 205 to meet me and see the classroom!  

This blog, in conjunction with my Twitter account, will be used to communicate information to families throughout the year.  I will include updates, important information, and pictures of activities that are going on in our classroom.  Make sure to check back  throughout the year for updates.
